Eastern Partnership Cooperation Projects

Overview

What is the Swedish Institute Creative Partnerships Programme?

It is a grants programme which is open to Swedish organisations and their partners in our target countries. We grant funding to projects which aim to strengthen democracy, human rights and freedom of expression in the target countries.

With this form you can apply for funding for Cooperation Projects. These are larger projects which should involve knowledge exchange and capacity building of the partner organisation(s) and/or the project’s target group. We recommend that you apply for this type of grant to scale-up a project which has previously received seed funding. You and your international partner(s) can apply for a grant of up to SEK 2 million for a project which runs for 24 months at most from the start of the project.

Use this application form for projects which target the following countries:
Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.

Please note:
- For Ukraine, we only accept applications for regional projects which include at least one other Eastern Partnership country.
- We do not grant funding to projects which include financial support to public sector partners in Belarus (state, regional, municipal).
